Mission Statement:
WELS Kingdom Workers exists to make disciples according to the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ.
To accomplish this purpose, WELS Kingdom Workers will endeavor, under God
• to inform Christians of the needs and opportunities that exist in mission fields around the world;
• to encourage Christians to become personally involved in mission work; and
• to facilitate and coordinate volunteer efforts in mission fields.
To Inform
We seek to carry out the Great Commission by making Christians aware of how Kingdom Workers (KW) is helping meet needs in mission fields. We accomplish this through Presentation Request Form (Version MS Word) to congregations, schools, and church-related organizations. Video, print, and other means of communication are also used.
To Encourage
Lay people get personally involved in KW through prayer support, financial support, and service. Mission-minded Christians are encouraged to establish chapters to more effectively involve people locally in mission work. A chapter can involve one or many congregations. The chapters mission focus is accomplished by adopting a KW ministry.

To Facilitate
We recruit Christians of all ages to provide time and talents through ministries of KW:
Builders For Christ and Faith In Action. These mission assistants serve congregations and missions across the United States and around the world.
