Scheduling Posts :: Work Ahead

The Lent and Easter seasons are very busy times for churches. There are additional services to prepare for: Palm Sunday, Confirmation Classes, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Sunday and more.

How is a church supposed to be able to handle all of that and still do a good job with their social media?

Work ahead.

Having a Facebook business page allows you to schedule posts. You could spend an hour on a Saturday afternoon building out a series of posts and invitations, schedule them at the appropriate times and then never touch them again. Remember, this is a free service. Why not take advantage of it?

A full schedule would be more robust than this, but I hope you get the idea.
