DUE TO WEATHER DELAYS, THE PROJECT WILL BEGIN ON MARCH 13, 2015
Kingdom Workers will be helping to build four dugouts at the Wisconsin Lutheran College baseball and softball fields. We need 8-10 volunteers per day to help with this March project. Volunteers are encouraged to help for a few days, a week or for the entire project. The small dugout buildings will be concrete block. Our portion of the project is to frame and shingle the low pitched roofs and install the fascia and soffit.
The project will begin the week of March 13, 2015. Noon meals are provided by WLC and housing is available through the college for those who are traveling from a distance. (Kitchens are available for cooking meals at breakfast and dinner. Volunteers staying at WLC would be asked to bring bedding and towels.)
Are you considering joining a Builders For Christ project for the first time? This would be the perfect project for you! On-the-job training provided. May need to climb low-pitch roofs.
Project Manager Harold Schmid encourages anyone to help, saying “They (the volunteers) will get thorough enjoyment from working for the Lord!”
Help us spread the word!
