Thank You Letter:

We encourage you to send thank you letters when you return from your mission project. You may know many people who support you and can send them a personal thank you. Some donors may be listed as anonymous or may be unknown to you. Kingdom Workers cannot release contact information about these donors, but we will send the letter to the donor on your behalf. Here are three templates you can consider when sending a thank you letter to donors:

Note: the words in (bold) need to be changed to fit your mission project.

Scenario 1: You know the donor and the donor’s address. You can personally send him or her a thank you card using the letter below:

Dear donor name,

Thank you for your generous donation in support of the mission project I served in (place you went). Jesus tells us to go and make disciples of all nations, and this mission project through Kingdom Workers is doing (or did) just that. Please know that your contribution to the mission project supports me, my teammates, and the work we did in (place you went).
