Field Manager: Southeast Asia
Coral was born and raised in Minnesota and even though she has lived in many different places, she still continues to cheer for the MN Twins and the MN Vikings.
Although she did not grow up WELS, the Lord led her to Onalaska Luther and it was then she decided to attend DMLC in order to become a teacher. She is currently working on earning her Master’s degree from MLC. She spent half of her teaching career in the United States (California and Minnesota) and the other half overseas, in Indonesia and Vietnam.
She currently serves as the Kingdom Workers field manager for Southeast Asia, focusing on health and education. She gets the opportunity to live back in the States while traveling to the field several times a year. She pinches herself, pretty much daily, because she can hardly believe that she has a job that affords her so much joy!
Coral has made her home in La Crosse, Wisconsin, where she recently bought a home and is planning a garden. She is very excited to be part of a WELS church again, and when she is home she enjoys attending services, Bible classes and singing solos for special services. When she's not traveling or taking care of her new little house, she is often heading to visit her sisters and brothers or having coffee with her mom. After 14 years of living far away from family, she enjoys every minute she gets with them!
