The opportunity to positively affect the life of another is the driving force behind my career and life, and the reason being the desire to help reach souls for the Spirit!

In His infinite wisdom, He took me down an varied path to be sitting here in Grenada!

Growing up in Middle America I was blessed to attend Grace Lutheran day school in Oshkosh WI and Winnebago Lutheran Academy in Fond du Lac before graduating with dual degrees in Human Resources and Economics from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.  After my education was complete, I functioned as a hospitality manager at multiple golf clubs and resorts before leaving the industry to expand my career in organizational and human development in the Milwaukee area.  Helping to analyze talent and develop employees and leaders with ManpowerGroup provided a real opportunity to join my years of management with the formal education God provided.

Upon my wife Jenni and I becoming married, we both felt the calling to do something outside the boarders of the USA.  We both had a deep desire since our university days to serve abroad, which led us to join the US Peace Corps as soon as we were wed.  So we both left our corporate lives to serve the people of Kenya.  Quite a change, especially since we requested service in Latin America!  How did He guide me to Kingdom Workers?

Having the opportunity to serve Kingdom Workers in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina and serving on the board for the local mission team Milwaukee provide the beginnings of a strong relationship with the organization. As our service in Kenya came to a close, it was just a natural fit for me to join the team and serve the wonderful people throughout the Caribbean.

Specialties and Hobbies: Organizational development, assessments, coaching and development, staffing, recruiting, training,  employee relations, government partnerships, safety programs, mentoring, golf, the sun, the beach, our Kenyan cat and whatever God has in store for me!”
