2017 USA MISSION PROJECTS
This coming summer, service immersion participants will have the opportunity to live and work on the White Mountain Apache reservation throughout the growing season. They will learn about indigenous farming and growing healthy plants from the Ndee Bikiyaa community farm. This knowledge will be used to share in the work of gardening at the East Fork Lutheran School’s Youth Garden.
KINGDOM WORKERS REGIONAL MISSION TEAMS
2017 MISSION PROJECTS OUTSIDE OF USA
Mission Worker, Dave, is assisting the Lutheran churches by reaching out to young people of the community through sports, English as a foreign language, and other community activities. Help support this service outreach work in Japan!
CHILE: LONG-TERM MISSION WORKERS
Three experienced teachers are striving to help Chileans by teaching English as a second language. Through relationships inside of their schools and in the community, connections are being built. The Holy Spirit has been working through this team to bring more Chileans to faith.
Help support this important mission program!
In response to the grace of Jesus, and in accordance with the commission of the body of Christ, this Kingdom Workers (KW) Service Immersion opportunity fosters cultural exchange and exposes Christian volunteer workers to a foreign mission field. Volunteers will learn and serve alongside Disability Ministry volunteer teams and assist local members with an Easter For Kids program. Please consider supporting this team!
SE ASIA: LITERACY
Kingdom Workers is working together with local churches and schools to develop a multi-part literacy program. The next step will be sending volunteers to provide training and tools for local teachers to teach literacy more effectively. Literacy is a gift that goes beyond the classroom! Kingdom Workers wants everyone to have the chance to read God’s Word, so they can learn and share it with others. Please consider supporting these two volunteers!
